Minor patch with some fixes and small features

 * Improved the settings menu

 * Fixed a bug that caused the mouse to behave weird in fullscreen

 * Added a game over track

 * The arena map now has a 1/5 chance to have a rainstorm when the game begins

 * The menus can now be navigated with a controller

 * Other general improvements and fixes
